Apapa Chairman Distributes Free GCE Forms

The Apapa Local Government Chairman, Hon. Ayodeji Joseph last week personally supervised the distributon of 100 GCE forms to indigent young people in his constituency. Apapa Watch gathered that this is a yearly event. It was also gathered that there will be tutorials organized by the local government to help in coaching the students.
